Wandering Roots
I’ve been wandering around always searching for “home.” Never staying anywhere long enough to grow deep roots. I’ve come to realize that I am lucky enough to have wandering roots! I have created family from friends and grown roots all over the world, finally realizing I've always been home.
There is another kind of wandering root. The type of root that connects our pain, trauma, and disease to our physical bodies. As humans, we are really good at hiding these roots deep within, only paying attention to them once they are screaming at us. Fortunately, acupuncture is a wonderful tool for healing these wandering roots once we begin to listen.
